Auditions Weekend of April 10th

Contexture Dance Detroit is accepting audition submissions for Dancers for the 2026 Season until 4/10.

- Audition information:

          - Time: 2:30PM - 5:00PM 

          - Location: Andy Arts Center

          - Registration begins at 2:00PM

          - Artist should have an accomplished technical background and have experience in contemporary and jazz dance

- Position Parameters:

          - Paid positions available

          - Variety of styles in repertory

          - 12-15 hours of in studio time a week

          - Weekly company class to focus on technique and expand artistry

          - Multiple performances between June – September

          - Rehearsals are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am – 1pm

          - Contract: May 13th - August 22nd, 2026

Impermanent Gallery has an audition for Company Dancers for the 26/27 Season on 4/11.

- Audition time: 11:00am-2:00pm

- Audition location: Columbus, OH | The Well Center for Movement + Dance

- Audition will consist of warm-up and repertoire 

- Pre-registration is required due to limited space

- Accepted artists are required to move to South Carolina by August 17th 2026 to participate in the season

Pegasus Contemporary Ballet has an audition for Company Dancers for the 2026-2027 Season on 4/11.

Ballet Memphis is accepting audition submissions for their 2026 Summer Intensive Beyond Technique until 4/12.

- Intensive dates: July 6-25th

- Ages 14-22

- Video Audition:

          - Videos should be submitted through Dance Apply.

          - The last day to submit a video audition is April 12.

          - Please submit a headshot, a photo of the dancer in first arabesque, and a video (no longer than 10 minutes). 

          - The video should show your full body at all times and include only the applicant.

          - Performance footage or variations will not be accepted.
