Based in Washington D.C., Moveius Contemporary Ballet is a trailblazing contemporary ballet company presenting original works that explore the intersection of policy and performance. - 36-week season (Mid August – Mid June)
- Paid rehearsals & performances (DC minimum wage or higher)
- 16+ paid performance opportunities per year
- Weekly company classes with artistic staff and guest masters

- Perform at our home theater and partner venues across D.C.
Dancers rehearse 2–3 evenings per week plus Saturdays.

Moveius is the parent company of Dance Loft on 14, D.C.’s only performing arts center in Ward 4. In 2015, Dance Loft 14 was opened in response to a growing need for artistic space. Now, it offer dancers not just a stage—but a community. Dancers have access to affordable housing, teaching opportunities, and a creative network of choreographers and collaborators.
