The International Association of Blacks in Dance (IABD) is accepting applications for the 2026 IABD Conference until 12/19.

- The International Association of Blacks in Dance offers a unique and well-rounded opportunity for students, pre-professionals and professionals to audition for many of the top U.S. dance companies, professional development and summer intensive programs. 

- The audition curriculum includes ballet and contemporary dance techniques and forms.

- Auditionees must be at least 10 years of age and up.

- The IABD Auditions offer students and professionals a one of-a-kind opportunity and strong connection to the professional dance world. Many have gained acceptance at some of the country's most prestigious dance colleges, summer programs and professional companies.

International Ballet Audition Milan is accepting applications for their 2026 International Ballet Audition until 12/21.

- Requirements:

          - Participants must meet the following requirements at the time of registration:

          - Be a minimum of 18 years of age by September 2026.

          - Be a graduate of a professional dance school, or be in the process of obtaining a diploma from a professional dance school, to be obtained by June 2026. Or be an experienced professional dancer (aged between 17 and half until 32 years old at the time of the audition).

- Please be aware that the registration process will close as soon as the number of accepted dancers reaches the maximum limit, regardless of the established deadline.

- For this reason, we kindly invite you to register as soon as possible to guarantee your place in this second edition of the International Ballet Audition.

The Rock School for Dance Education has an audition for their 2026 Philadelphia and Westchester Summer Intensives on 12/21.

- Designed for students aged 10 to 18

- The program offers classes in ballet technique, jumps and turns, pointe (for ladies ages 11+), partnering, contemporary, and pilates. 

- Students can choose from 2, 3, or 5-week sessions.

- Pre-registration is available at all audition locations for a fee of $50. 

- Pre-registration closes at 12PM EST on the Tuesday before the audition, or when the registrants list has reached capacity. 

- Walk-in registration is available (space permitting) for a fee of $50.

- All dancers will receive an audition confirmation email for their specific audition location no later than 24 hours before the scheduled audition.

- Check-In: 10:00 - 10:30AM

- Audition: 10:30 - 12:00PM

- Required Audition Attire:

          - Ladies:

                    - Solid color leotard, pink or nude color tights, pink or nude color ballet shoes (shoes must match color of tights), hair secured away from the face in a bun, minimal jewelry, must bring pointe shoes

          - Gentlemen:

                    - White or black fitted t-shirt, black tights, white or black socks and shoes, hair secured away from the face

American Academy of Ballet has an audition for their 2026 Summer School of Excellence and 2026 Junior Intensive on 12/22.

- Intensive dates: June 28 - August 1 

          - 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 week options 

- The program is held at the State University of New York at Purchase (SUNY Purchase), which provides a beautiful campus and excellent facilities, including state-of-the-art studios and performance spaces.

- Intensive curriculum includes: Classical Ballet, Pas de Deux, Pointe, Repertoire, Neo-Classical, Contemporary, Musical Theater, Spanish Dance, Performance Awards and Folk Dance.

Utah Metropolitan Ballet is seeking Company Dancers for the 26/27 Season on a rolling basis.

- Company auditions are by invitation only. Individuals interested in being considered for a company audition may submit the following materials:

          - Resume /CV (PDF) including your email address, telephone, height, date of birth, citizenship, training and performance experience

          - Current headshot 

          - Full body dance shot (2)

          - Digital link including at least ONE classical variations and ONE contemporary variation
