Auditions Weekend of February 20th

The Tallahassee Ballet has an audition for Company Dancers for the 26/27 Season on 2/20.

- Interested dancers should have strong ballet technique and be comfortable with contemporary and pas de deux work.

- Currently can only employ artists who are U.S. citizens or hold a valid work permit. 

- Dancer benefits include physical therapy, discounted chiropractic services, and choreographic opportunities.

- Members of the Professional company are also given the opportunity to teach in The Tallahassee Ballet School and DanceChance, TTB’s Community Engagement/ Enrichment after school program. 

- Audition details:

          - Friday, February 20, 2026 (10:00-11:30am), Studio will be open at 9am.

Ballet Frontier of Texas has an audition for their Summer Intensive 2026 on 2/21.

- Dancers are required to attend a minimum of two weeks of the five-week summer program

- Dancers can choose to attend a two-week, three-week, four-week or five-week session

- Dances in the advanced level will be evaluated to join Ballet Frontier’s main company as Professional Ballet Interns or Trainees

- Audition information:

          - Time: 9:30am

          - Location: Ballet Center of Fort Worth

Ballet Memphis has an audition for Company Dancers on 2/21.

- Applicants must have strong classical ballet technique, ability with contemporary movement styles, as well as experience performing roles with professional companies

- Audition will include a ballet class and pointe work with selected dancers invited to learn company repertoire

- 38-week contract with benefits

- No fee to audition

- Audition information:

          - Registration: 3:30-4pm

          - Time: 4:00pm

Cary Ballet has a live virtual audition for their Summer Intensive and Young Dancer Intensive on 2/22.

- Dancers train in classical ballet, pointe/pre-pointe, variations, contemporary and conditioning

- One week of the intensive features the Professional Training Program (PTP) Experience, offering dancers a first-hand look at our year-round PTP

          - This immersive week includes men’s classes, partnering and advanced training designed to mirror the expectations and structure of the professional track

- You will receive a link to the virtual audition via email

- Audition time: 2:00pm

- Application deadline: 2/21 at 5:00pm

- Audition fee - $70, current student application fee is $45

Burklyn Ballet Theatre has an audition for their 2026 Summer Intensive, Intermediate Program, Edinburgh Scotland Program and Choreographic Project on 2/22.
