Auditions Weekend of June 5th

Odyssey Dance Theatre has an audition for Company Dancers for the 2026-2027 Season on 6/6.

- Looking for strong Jazz/Ballet dancers who can also do Hip-Hop and Tap - male and female, ages 18-29

- Audition information:

          - Saturday, June 6, 2026 | 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM

          - COPA/Odyssey Studios | 352 West 12300 South Suite 400 | Draper, Utah 84020

- Dancers should bring pictures and resumes and be prepared to dance Ballet, Jazz/Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Ballroom, and Tap combinations (bring clothes and shoes appropriate for each style) that will be taught to them at the audition. 

- Bring pictures and résumés, stapled together with the audition form.

Ballet Academy East has an audition for their Pre-Professional Division and 2026 August Intensive on 6/6.

- Pre-Professional Division:

          - Training for professional careers in ballet

          - For aspiring dancers ages 7 to 19

          - Ballet Academy East’s Pre-Professional Division combines comprehensive ballet training with professional-caliber performance opportunities to prepare students for success in the dance world.

          - BAE’s proven syllabus creates technically strong, artistically expressive dancers who adapt easily to the broad range of styles required of today’s professionals. 

- August Intensive:

          - August 17-28, Ages 9-19

          - The two-week comprehensive program includes ballet technique, pointe, men’s classes, variations, pas de deux, contemporary, stretch and strength, character, and more.

- Audition information:

          - 2:00-2:45 PM, Ages 7-10

          - 2:45-4:00 PM, Ages 11-12

          - 4:00-5:15 PM, Ages 13-14

          - 5:15-6:15 PM, Ages 15-19

Dart Dance Company is accepting audition submissions for their 2026 Italy Summer Intensive until 6/6.

- Please send your CV and a five-minute maximum improvisation video uploaded on YouTube (no password) to [email protected]   

- ​Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions and all other relevant information.

Denver Ballet Theatre Academy is accepting audition submissions for their Intermediate & Advanced Summer Intensives 2026 until 6/7.

- Video Audition Applications

          - Submit the audition form and payment to [email protected] and a video link or file with the following:

                    - Barre combinations done to one side: tendu with jeté, fondu, adagio, grand battement

                    - Center Adagio

                    - Center Pirouettes

                    - Jumps: petite allegro, middle jumps, grand allegro

                    - Échappé on pointe (if on pointe)

                    - Pirouettes on pointe (if on pointe)

                    - Diagonal on pointe (if on pointe)

Gallim Dance has an audition for Female-Identifying and Non-Bianary Dancers for the 2026 Season on 6/9.

- Auditions will take place on Wednesday, June 9 & 10 2026 in Manhattan, New York.

- Callbacks will be held on Friday, June 11, 2026 in Manhattan, New York.

- Dancers must be available for rehearsals starting September 2026.

- Application due May 12th at 11:59pm ET.

- Application Requirements:

          - Photo, Resume, 1 video clip of performance, 1 video clip of improvisation

          - OR 

          - 1 Reel that contains both performance & improvisation

                    - *Videos will be viewed from the start - please don’t include timestamps or passwords.

          - *All applicants must be able to work in the United States.

- Notification of acceptance into the audition will be sent as materials are reviewed and audition slots are filled.
