Ballet Central New Jersey has an audition for their Professional Mastery Program on 4/11.

- BalletCNJ will be holding their annual auditions for the following conservatory programs

          - Professional Mastery Program

                    - Preparatory Division (Ages 8-11)

                    - Pre-Professional Division (Ages 12+)

                    - Professional Division (Ages 14+)

          - Elite Professional Mastery Program (Ages 12+)

          - Summer Invitational Intensive Week (Ages 10+)

- Registration is required for in-person auditions. The audition registration form can be found on the BalletCNJ website.

- Auditions are mandatory to be accepted into these programs

- Spots are limited

- $35 audition fee ​

Coker University has an audition for admittance to the Dance Department on 4/11.

- Interested dancers need to apply to Coker University as a traditional undergraduate student, and fill out your FAFSA. 

- You can audition before you submit your application, however your eligibility for Coker University and scholarships cannot be determined until your application and FAFSA have been received. 

- Students interested in talent-based scholarships in dance must complete the following requirements:

          - Complete your audition registration

          - For on-campus audition, you need to prepare a solo in any style for 2-3 minutes and attend technique class on campus will dance major. Note: Scholarship amounts may not be awarded until you have completed your Coker Application and FAFSA.

- Degrees offered:

          - BA in Dance

          - BA in Dance Education

          - BFA in Choreography

          - Dance & Interdisciplinary Studies, Dance Minor

Michigan Ballet Academy has an audition for their 2025 Summer Intensive on 4/12.

- This unique, 3-week program taught by MBA faculty, Deos Contemporary Ballet dancers, and guest teachers from different national ballet companies is designed to make the most of your summer training.

- The Pre-Professional Program is available by audition only, so make sure you sign-up for an audition today!

          - Auditions: Intermediate & Advanced Only

          - $30 audition fee

- Intensive Dates:

          - Pre-Professional Summer Intensive (ages 12-18)

          - Intermediate, Advanced I  & Advanced II

          - Date: July 28 - August 15

- Junior Summer Intensive (ages 7 1/2 - 11)

          - Session I Date: August 4 - August 8

          - Session II Date: August 11 - 15

- *Students who take both Session I & II of the Junior Summer Intensive will be included in the showcase performance closing out Summer Intensive 2025.

Swiss Offspring Ballet has an audition for Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 4/12.

- Looking for young male and female dancers between 18 and 23 years with excellent classical and contemporary technique as well as good musicality.

-  Scholarship possibility for especially talented dancers. 

- Special contracts available for male dancers.

- Audition will take place at the studio of Swiss Offspring Ballet, Seestrasse 177; ch- 8707 uetikon

Charlottesville Ballet is accepting video submissions for their 2025 Summer Intensive until 4/15.

- The Charlottesville Ballet Summer Intensive is an eight-week program designed for dancers ages 8 to 20 who seek rigorous technical training and artistic coaching in pursuit of a professional career in dance.

- Video submissions will be accepted for students unable to make an in-person open audition. 

- The entire dancer should be visible while executing the combinations, and the video should be filmed horizontally.

- Registration is required before submitting your video 

- An audition fee of $20 will be charged upon registration. 

- After completing your registration, please compose a video between 10 and 15 minutes including the following exercises:

          - Barre: Pliés, Tendus, Dégagé, Rond de Jambe, Adage, and Grand Battement

          - Center: Adage, Pirouette, Petite Allegro, Grand Allegro

          - Pointe (if applicable): Relevé, Sous-sus, Échappé, Bourrées, Pirouettes (2+ years of pointe work only)

- *Please note that no DVDs will be accepted.

- *Please note: Due to the large number of in-person auditioning students, spaces for the intensive will be limited. Please submit your video as soon as possible. Videos will be accepted until April 15, 2025.
