Auditions Weekend of February 14th!

Ballet Catalunya has an audition for Corps de Ballet dancers for the 2025-2026 season on 2/14.

Ballet de Catalunya is currently recruiting dancers proficient in both classical and contemporary dance for our main company.

4 Full-Time Corps de Ballet Contracts Available (2 Female and 2 Male Dancers) with the following terms:

          -Contract Duration: These are permanent seasonal contracts (8-9 months of active season, with 3-4 months of seasonal paid unemployment), renewable each season.

          -Working Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day).

          -Monthly Salary: The base salary for the corps de ballet position at Ballet de Catalunya ranges between €950 (corps de ballet category B) and €1,200 gross (corps de ballet category A)

          -Benefits: Full registration with Social Security.

DO NOT APPLY if you don’t have a minimum of two years of experience as a corps de ballet or soloist.

Applications failing to meet this requirement will not be considered, and no responses will be sent to these applicants.

On February 14, all candidates will participate in a ballet class and perform a variation. At the end of the day, results will be posted online, indicating those advancing to the second day, February 15, which will include a ballet class, company repertoire, and brief interviews.

Orlando Ballet is accepting applications for 2025 Summer Intensive Resident Assistants until 2/14.

Minimum Qualifications:

          -Must have turned 18 by January 1, 2025.

          -Must have auditioned and been accepted into either the 2, 3 or 5 Week Intensive.

          -First Aid and CPR Certified preferred, but not required.

Compensation: 

          -Resident Assistants receive full tuition and room and board in exchange for their work during the summer intensive.

Eisenhower Dance Detroit is accepting company audition applications until 2/15.

Dancers must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work visa that allows them to work for at least two years to be considered. 

Mature dancers should have a strong background in ballet and modern technique, along with performance experience. 

Ability to relocate to the Detroit area and transportation is required for Company members. 

Dancers are contracted from August 1, 2025 - July 31, 2026. The contract length is variable but is generally between 32-35 weeks with national and international touring.

Apprentice positions and Summer Intensive acceptance will also be considered during the audition.

          -Two references that include email and phone contact information

          -Required videos, EDD’s Repertory Excerpts AND 1-Minute Improvisation

Ballet Memphis has an audition for company dancers for the 2025-2026 season on 2/15.

Applicants must have strong classical ballet technique, ability with contemporary movement styles, as well as experience performing roles with professional companies. 

The audition will include a ballet class and pointe work with selected dancers invited to learn company repertoire.

38-week contract with benefits.

There is no fee to audition.

Audition Opportunity - Dancers are invited to use this workshop intensive as an audition for our Summer Programs. It is included in their experience!
