-6 week program begins Monday, June 2, 2025 and ends Saturday, July 12, 2025.
-The curriculum includes classes based in Horton, Graham, ballet, and contemporary movement.
-Students attend two 90 minute technique classes each day followed by rehearsals for the culminating performances.

-Audition Process:
-The audition will consist of a full ballet class followed by a partnering session. Selected candidates may be invited to remain for an additional repertoire session

-Video auditions are accepted on a rolling basis until the closing date of 3/16..
-Applicants who audition by video may be requested to attend an in-person class prior to acceptance into the program. The fee to register for a video audition is $55.
-Video Audition Guidelines:
-Video auditions should be a maximum of 15 minutes in length.
-Applicants should begin their video with a short introduction including their name, age, birthdate, and current training facility.
-The video audition should include the following:
-A short barre showing plies, tendus, fondu, adagio, and grand battement. (one side only)
-Female-identifying students must demonstrate center on pointe, including adagio, one-legged relevé on both sides, traveling combination with pirouettes en dehors and en dedans (right and left), petite allegro, grand allegro and fouettés.
-Male-identifying students center work must include adagio, traveling combination with pirouettes en dehors and en dedans (right and left), petite allegro, grand allegro, tours en l’air and a la second turns.
-Optional videos:**
-One (1) contemporary solo, no more than 2 minutes in length
-One (1) classical solo
-Optional: A pas de deux and/or partner work.
-Videos taken in a studio are preferred.

-Company Rep. Workshop:
-July 7-11, 2025 - Ages 16-22
-The one-week Company Rep Workshop (CRW) will give young professionals the opportunity to experience Ballet RI repertoire in a workshop setting.
-Classes will be taught by Ballet RI Artistic Staff and Faculty. Participants will work with Artistic Curator and Resident Choreographer Yury Yanowsky on choreography, receive coaching on classical repertoire, and experience the process of a new creation with a leading guest choreographer.
-2025-2026 Ballet RI Trainees will be selected exclusively from the workshop.
