Auditions Weekend of March 21st

Kentucky Ballet Theatre is accepting audition videos for Company Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 3/21.

- Virtual auditions will be accepted from January 15, 2025, to March 21, 2025.

- The virtual audition fee is $40.

- Pay us by PayPal, card, or check.

- Applicants should submit:

          - Resume or CV (accepted formats include .docx and .pdf only) 

          - Recent performance videos (accepted format includes a YouTube link) including classical variations, contemporary pieces, and class work. 

          - Headshots and dance photos (accepted formats include .jpg and .pdf).

- Please submit materials to [email protected] no later than March 21, 2025.

Ballet Quad Cities has an audition for Company Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 3/22.

- Check in 11:30-12:00pm

- Audition 12:00-2:00pm

- Possible Interview 2:00pm

- Audition is by invitation only

- Please send the following materials:

- Current resume including dates of training and employment history, height, age, citizenship, references, outreach and teaching experience and any additional skills

          - Current headshot and 2-3 dance photos in fitted dancewear (on pointe for females)

          - Current video links including 1-2 classical variations, contemporary work, partnering and 3-5 minutes of classwork showing turns, adagio, petit and grand allegro

- 28-week contracts include worker’ compensation insurance, daily classes, shoes, touring, and live music. 

Ballet Hartford has an audition for their 2025 Summer Intensive on 3/22.

- Summer Intensive Dates: June 16th - June 20th

          - Ages 9-11 - half day program - 9:30am-1pm

          - Ages 12-14 - full day program - 9:30am-4:30pm

          - Ages 15-24 - half day program - 2:00pm-6:30pm

- Age groupings are estimated. Placement will be given post-audition/acceptance

Resilience Dance Company has an audition for Company Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 3/22.

- 9:30am - 1pm: Open Audition

- 2pm - 4pm: Callbacks

- There is no cost to attend the audition

- The morning will run like a workshop with all auditionees participating in contemporary modern phrasework, floorwork, improvisation, and some partnering/creative process.

- Dancers who are invited to stay for callbacks in the afternoon will participate in company rep, partnering, and creative process. ​​

​- When you arrive, you'll be given a nametag to wear.

- Currently have 1-2 company positions available.

Chicago Repertory Ballet has an audition for Company Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 3/23.

- Chicago Repertory Ballet enthusiastically encourages ballet focused dancers of all gender identities and racial backgrounds to apply. 

- Pointe shoes and pas de deux are prominent in our repertoire and proficiency in one or both are necessary for company artists. 

- Contemporary dance experience necessary. 

- Dancers must send their audition materials via google form at least 72 hours prior to their audition date.

- Required materials:

          - Performance resume: PDF format only

          - Headshot: JPEG or PNG format only

          - Ballet Dance Shot: JPEG or PNG format only

          - Paper materials will not be accepted
