Auditions Weekend of September 19th

University of Arizona has an audition for their BFA program on 9/19.

- Registration is required at jazzshowcase.arizona.edu

          - Select your audition date in the Fine Arts Application (Main campus application must be submitted in order to start a supplemental application for the Arizona Dance program).

If you need to change your date after confirming, call (520) 621-4698.

          - Submit the application at least one week before your audition date.

          - Participating in an in-person audition is considered one of two audition opportunities taken, even if the Arizona Dance supplemental application is not submitted. See multiple Audition Policy below.

- Check-in: 10:00am-1:00pm

- Start date is September 29, 2025. 

- New York Live Arts offers Company members an annual wage starting at $45,000 plus health benefits over 52 weeks with approximately 35 scheduled working weeks annually. 

- Position requires a minimum two-year commitment, through June 2027.

- Auditions are by appointment only.

A&A Ballet Chicago has an audition for their 2025 Nutcracker Cast on 9/20.

- The search is on for Chicago's next generation of performers. 

- Dancers aged 4-24 from across Chicagoland are invited to audition for this unique opportunity. 

- A&A BALLET welcomes all skill levels and dance styles to bring the extraordinary vision of Creative Director Alexie Kremnev to life. 

- Audition - 1:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | 731 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, IL 60605

- Attire:

          - Girls – black camisole leotard, pink footed tights, pink canvas ballet and pointe shoes (age/level appropriate). 

          - Boys – black footed tights or black dance shorts, white tight fitted t-shirt, black or skin colored ballet shoes. 

- The audition will include some basic dance movements and a combination to be performed in character. No preparation of audition material is necessary. 

- Dancers will be notified via email within the week after the audition if cast in the production. 

- Rehearsals begin in October and will take place primarily on Saturdays.

Dances Patrelle has an audition for their 2025 Nutcracker Cast on 9/20.

- No audition fee, however, there is a required fee for participation in the production.

          - Sibling rate for families with multiple dancers

- Auditions for ages 6-7yr, 8-9yr and 12+ will be held on Sunday, September 21st.

Balleto di Siena has an audition for Male Company Dancers for the 2025-2026 Season on 9/22.

- The Siena Ballet is looking for dancers to join its roster for the 2025/26 season, for productions of Swan Lake and The Nutcracker.

- Aimed at male dancers with strong technical foundations, versatility and excellent physical ability, is open to all citizens of the European Union aged eighteen years or over on the application
Deadline.

- Audition will take place on Monday, September 22nd at the Balletto di Siena studios, Piazza Maestri del Lavoro, 31, Siena, starting at 10:00 am.

- Candidates will be welcomed starting at 9:00 am.

- Audition will be composed of classical dance class and a choreographic workshop

- The auditions will take place in multiple phases. 

- The Examining Committee, at its sole discretion, may ask candidates to perform the entire program, as specified above, or only part of it. The results of the audition may be communicated at the end of the audition.
