Misha Glouchkova began dancing at age 3 and her classical training in 2005 under Melanie Kregel, AD of Metamorphosis Dance Company, and her mother, Melissa Glouchkova in Round Rock, TX. Misha danced in featured roles in The Nutcracker, Wonderland, Cinderella, Swan Lake, and Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty. In her senior year, she trained with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, and was accepted as a Trainee for The Washington Ballet the following year, performing in The Nutcracker, in Julie Kent’s Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Giselle. Within TWSB, training under Xiomara Reyes and Rinat Imaev, she performed many prominent roles; Diana from Diana and Acteon, Principal Soloist in Gioconda, Satanella, and Ruslan and Lyudmilla. In 2021, Misha performed MAGNIFICA, an original Mimmo Miccolis work created for the Italian Embassy and Ambassadress. As a TWB Studio Company member, Balanchine’s Serenade, A Dancer's Prayer by Houston Thomas, and B1 by Andile Ndlovu have been favorites to perform.
