Rooted in the rich Cuban dance tradition that shaped its founder, ADF opens pathways to world-class ballet and contemporary training for young dancers with talent, ambition and commitment. The Foundation offers industry-focused programmes designed to nurture the next generation of professional dancers. Through its flagship courses the AATH +18 pre-professional training programme in London, and the two-year AATH +16, students receive exceptional technical instruction while exploring a distinctive blend of classical excellence and contemporary innovation. Beyond the studio, ADF champions accessibility and social impact. Its outreach initiatives bring dance education into schools and community settings, inspiring young people from all backgrounds to discover the transformative power of movement and creativity.
