This immersive dance experience will provide in-depth training in classical ballet, pointe, modern dance, jazz, African dance, and more, helping students enhance their technical skills, artistry, and confidence. Program Highlights Dates: July 5-11, 2025 Location: Tullibody Fine Arts Complex, Alabama State University Ages: 12-21 (Special classes for ages 12-14) Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 7:00 PM Price: $495 (Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and housing) Mandatory for Freshman BFA Dance Majors & Minors Scholarships Available: $75 discount via IABD and Alabama Dance Festival Curriculum & Schedule Students will receive a structured and intensive schedule designed to enhance their skills and prepare them for professional-level training. Morning Sessions: Ballet, Modern, African Dance Stretch & Conditioning Dance History Afternoon Sessions: Repertoire, Jazz, Hip-Hop Performance Preparation End of Program Showcase: The program will culminate in a fully-produced performance open to the public, showcasing the skills and artistry developed during the intensive.
