Video Requirements:

All ADF Summer Intensive applications are completed via the Acceptd platform. We encourage students to apply early to complete all required information and meet important deadlines for scholarships, on-campus housing, and payments. Fill out an online application form and submit a $75 nonrefundable application fee (not credited toward tuition). ADF will review your application for the program and send you a notification of acceptance via your Acceptd message portal within two weeks of submission. After you are accepted into the program, complete the following within your application: Submit scholarship materials by March 13th to be considered for financial assistance. Applications must be processed by March 10th. Your application has been processed when you receive an ADF # and acceptance message in your message portal. Submit a $300 deposit to secure your spot in SDI. The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your intensive tuition Class registration is available on March 2nd. You must submit your deposit to register for classes. Submit audition materials for Footprints by April 16th. Auditioning is optional. ADF does not require an audition to enroll in the Summer Dance Intensive unless the student is applying for a tuition scholarship or auditioning for Footprints, in which case a live and/or video audition submission is required.

Once accepted into the program, you will move to the SCHOLARSHIP PHASE, where you can apply for all scholarship opportunities available at ADF! The scholarship deadline is March 13, 2026. No scholarship applications will be accepted after the deadline. Next, you will be moved into the FEES & DEPOSIT PHASE. In this phase, you will review the refund policy and pay the $300 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and applied to your tuition balance. You must pay your deposit to register for classes and secure your spot in SDI. If you receive a tuition scholarship or work-study position, you must pay your deposit when you accept the scholarship. After completing the FEES & DEPOSIT PHASE, you will be moved into HOUSING phase. Participants will select whether they need on-campus housing in this phase. Payments can be made in one lump sum or incrementally. All on-campus housing must be paid by March 13th to secure your room. If the participant doesn’t need on-campus housing, they will move into CLASS REGISTRATION on March 2nd. In the CLASS REGISTRATION phase, you will select your SDI classes. Next, you will be moved into the TUITION PHASE. In this phase, you will begin making tuition payments. Payments can be made in one lump sum or incrementally. Students will be able to see their balance (minus the deposit and any scholarships). If you do not see your scholarship reflected in your balance, please email the ADF School before making payments. Students will remain in the TUITION PHASE until their balance is paid. The next phase is FORMS & PAYMENTS. In this phase, you will submit all required forms and pay any optional fees like the student health fee or the ADF season tee. All participants are required to submit medical forms (proof of physical and proof of insurance) in this phase. The final phase is REGISTRATION COMPLETE. When all paperwork and payments have been submitted, you will receive a registration complete message from Acceptd. Your application is not complete until you receive this message.
