Description
World-renowned teachers, choreographers and repetiteurs offer a dance experience that will lead dancers to reach their performance potential. The intensive full-day, three-week program includes ballet, repertoire, pointe, pas de deux for advanced students, Gaga, modern, Forsythe Improvisation Technologies, contemporary, movement exploration, and coaching and conditioning.

Session Description
Admissions ISDI admission is by audition only. Venue The International Summer Dance Intensive will be held at Arts Umbrella’s new facility in the bustling arts and culture district on Granville Island. The building is home to six large dance studios and a 132-seat theatre. Sample Schedule Ballet | 9:00-10:15 am Repertoire | 10:45 am-12:00 pm Modern | 12:30-1:45 pm Coaching | 2:00-3:15 pm Financial Assistance Arts Umbrella students may qualify for financial assistance through the Arts Umbrella Bursary Fund. Due to limited availability, if your participation depends on funding, we highly recommend that you also apply for a scholarship elsewhere. Housing Arts Umbrella does not provide student housing and housing is the responsibility of the student. We are pleased to provide information on renting in Vancouver upon request.
