Description

FACULTY The faculty for Trainee programs are the staff of the Avant Chamber Ballet plus guest teaachers and artists. Every teacher has extensive experience in the field of professional dance and is highly respected including ACB Artistic Director Katie Puder. The program is designed to challenge and inspire each trainee to reach their highest potential as a dancer. Trainees will receive individual instruction from experienced and knowledgeable instructors in a variety of techniques and styles. Each dancer will be encouraged to explore new possibilities and develop their unique talents. Through rigorous training, dancers will strengthen their physical and mental skills to become well-rounded, disciplined dancers. Session Description

CURRICULUM ACB faculty teaches a clean, modern ballet technique that is adaptive to the style of most professional American ballet companies. Each student will spend the majority of their time in studio on ballet technique including pointe, variations and partnering with supplementary classes in modern/contemporary and cross-training in classical Romana’s Pilates.
