AUDITION NOTICE | Ballet BC 2026/27 Season Ballet BC ( @balletbc ), Canada’s leading contemporary dance company, is seeking dancers to join its 40th anniversary season . Known for bold collaborations with world-renowned choreographers, Ballet BC offers opportunities to create, perform, tour, and grow within a vibrant and supportive artistic environment. Who They’re Looking For Full-Time Artists • Experienced dancers with strong classical & contemporary training • Contract: Full-time, 52 weeks | 31.25 hrs/week | 4 weeks paid vacation • Salary: from CAD $868/week (based on experience) Emerging Artists • Dancers who recently completed (or are completing) a professional training program • Ideal for those without prior company contracts (except apprenticeships) • Contract: Full season | 31.25 hrs/week • Salary: from CAD $655/week Audition Dates & Locations (Invite Only) • Dec 7, 2025 – New York City, USA • Dec 14, 2025 – Vancouver, Canada • Feb 1, 2026 – Germany (location TBC) Deadline: October 17, 2025 at 6 PM (PST) Benefits & Support • Extended Health Plan: physiotherapy, massage, osteopathy, acupuncture, counselling & more • 10 paid sick days per year • Company class included in weekly paid hours • Per diems while touring • Medical coverage under MSP + WorkSafe BC
