Co-founded in 1988 by acclaimed New York City Ballet Principal dancer Daniel Duell, and former ballerina Patrica Blair, Ballet Chicago is an internationally recognized elite training program. The School curriculum is based on the ballet technique established by George Balanchine. Ballet Chicago is dedicated to providing each student with superior ballet training in a culture that fosters personal growth, and is known for its ability to transform dancers through highly focused guidance, correction, and validation. To be eligible for Ballet Chicago's Summer Programs, students must be 11 years or older and must demonstrate technical development appropriate to their age level.
