AUDITION NOTICE | BALLET VANCOUVER – Season 2026/27 Ballet Vancouver, under the artistic direction of Joshua Beamish, seeks full season and guest artist dancers for the 2026/27 Season. SEEKING DANCERS WITH: Strong classical technique (incl. pointe work) Interest in neoclassical and contemporary ballet repertoire Versatility, professionalism and an inclusive outlook Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old INVITED AUDITION — NYC, USA Saturday, January 24, 2026 & Tuesday, January 27, 2026 Privately scheduled auditions, by invitation INVITED AUDITION — VANCOUVER, CANADA Saturday, February 7, 2026 Q7 Studios - 77 E 7th Ave Schedule: 1:00 PM — Registration / Warm-Up Space 2:00–3:30 PM — Ballet Class 3:45–5:45 PM — Company Repertoire HOW TO APPLY: Send all materials to [email protected] Include: Updated headshot & résumé Video excerpts showing: Classical variation (en pointe for female-identifying dancers) 2min of footage of neoclassical or contemporary ballet repertoire Application Deadline: January 10, 2026 Ballet Vancouver has re-established a consistent local presence for professional classical, neoclassical, and narrative ballet performed en pointe. The company presents a regular home season, in addition to national and international touring. Current repertoire includes works by Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Christopher Wheeldon, Wen Wei Wang and Artistic Director, Joshua Beamish.
