Ballet West is known to be a taller company, so generally speaking: Women should be no less than 5’ 4’’tall (162.5cm) Men should be no less than 5’ 8 ’’tall (173cm) Exceptions are made on a case by case basis CONTRACT INFORMATION Ballet West is an AGMA Company, with benefits that includes Health, Dental, Life, and Workers Compensation Insurance, Shoes, and Part Time on site Physical Therapy.
