The Developing Artist Programme is tailored for graduates of advanced dance training who are ready to extend their learning into a professional environment. It offers the time, space and structure for dancers to refine their technique, build performance experience and develop the practical skills required for a dance career. As an extension of Balletto Monson’s company practice, the programme focuses on Contemporary Ballet with a strong creative emphasis. It supports progression into the main company and other professional pathways while encouraging each dancer to articulate their voice within a shared choreographic language.
