Breath Dance Project

Breath Dance Project uses both live dance performance and dance on film as mediums to explore difficult subject matters, process trauma, and celebrate our humanness in a community of like-minded artists. Just as breath anchors us in the present, movement facilitates a deeper understanding of ourselves and our surroundings. Our logo is a tree with lungs as its root system, symbolizing this connection and emphasizing the grounding impact that nature, breath, and dance all have on the human body. It furthermore connects to how being in nature parallels the grounding impact breath and movement has on the human body.
