Broadway Dance Center’s Summer Training Program offers two 2-week programs over the summer in New York City, focusing on a style concentration of Musical Theater or Street Styles. Students have the option to apply and participate in one or both sessions. These 2-week sessions provide a nurturing atmosphere of concentrated study for advanced dancers ages 18+. Get a taste of the dance industry in New York City with private curated classes, networking opportunities, mock auditions that provide real-world experience, and a final concept video. The Summer Training Program is a chance for advanced dancers to immerse themselves in BDC's legendary training in the heart of New York City. Each session features: Orientation and welcome to BDC; Dancers can work with staff to curate their weekly schedule 8 classes weekly from our drop-in schedule Daily closed master classes (M-F) Weekly rehearsals with faculty choreographer culminating in a professional concept video shoot Professional footage and edited video of your concept video Mock audition/industry Q & A with Talent Agency Full-time staff to guide dancers' studies Certificate upon successful completion of the program
