Session Description

At Cary Ballet Conservatory, Men’s Program students are part of our Professional Training Program or Studio Program. Students receive instruction in our spacious and beautifully equipped studios, which feature advanced sprung flooring technology. Classes and rehearsals for Professional Training Program students are typically held for 5-6 hours each weekday, and training on Saturdays runs from approximately 11:00am to 4:00pm. Our Studio Program students have classes for 3-4 hours each weekday, and training on Saturdays runs from approximately 11:00am to 4:00pm. There are no classes on Sundays. Students will receive daily instruction in technique classes, as well as classes in men’s technique, partnering, men’s conditioning, contemporary, Progressing Ballet Technique, repertoire, and choreography. We have had our Men’s Program students attend the Prix de Lausanne, USAIBC, they have placed in the final round of YAGP Finals, have won YAGP Grand Prix awards, and are dancing all over the world currently. Our Men’s Program has a 100% placement rate to professional schools and companies around the world. Our Men’s Program auditions at various times throughout the year.
