A truly professional experience that prepares you for auditions, touring and international companies. –––––––––––––––––––––––––– TRAINING LED BY EXCELLENCE Jean-Philippe Dury, founder and artistic director of Elephant in the Black Box, has danced with: Paris Opera Ballet Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo Compañía Nacional de Danza Les Grands Ballets de Montréal With over 20 works created, Dury has received recognitions such as Talent Madrid, the Taglioni European Ballet Awards (Berlin) and UNESCO’s Simón Bolívar Prize. AROP / Paris Opera His vision shapes a program built on excellence, international scope and the evolution of contemporary dance. –––––––––––––––––––––––––– OUR GOALS • Discover and develop your talent • Strengthen your technical and artistic maturity • Provide professional tools for real-world opportunities • Foster creativity, versatility and autonomy • Build an international community of young dancers Requirements: Minimum age: 16 years old Must be physically able to learn the repertoire Ability to work in a group Strong improvisation skills Open-minded and receptive to the work of guest choreographers Willing and ready to perform on stage Selection Process: Limited places: 10 dancers will be selected Selection will be made based on video, CV, photo, and motivation letter submitted through the application form An interview will be organized for shortlisted candidates HOW TO APPLY This year we launch, for the first time, the 3-6-9 format, allowing you to select the duration of your high-performance training: 3, 6 or 9 months. 9-Month Program • January to December 2026 (break in July and August) • Scholarships from 10% to 20% available, based on financial criteria and exceptional talent • Payment in up to 3 instalments, or extra discount for one-time payment • Up to 27% savings compared to shorter programs The most complete option, offering full integration into the EBB Junior Ballet 6-Month Program • January to July 2026 • Includes the full season up to summer • No scholarships, but TALENT support: special discount for students from higher education programs • Payment in 2 interest-free instalments 3-Month Program • Personalised program: choose your start and end dates between January and July 2026 • One-time payment; no scholarships or discounts
