En Pointe Indiana Ballet’s Pre-Professional Ballet Program is audition-based and designed for advanced ballet students seeking a career with a professional dance company in ballet or another dance genre. Additionally, our premier professional ballet school is a perfect option for those committed to academics and wish to pursue dance at the collegiate level. We offer the highest level of dance instruction from classically trained professional dancers and dance teachers with baccalaureate degrees in dance performance and instruction. As a top pre-professional ballet school centered in the Midwest, ballet dancers from across the United States and beyond have found our school an excellent option to further their training and grow their artistry as a classical dancer. We offer a challenging pre-professional program where dancers attend six days per week, with a minimum of 25 classroom hours per week in addition to rehearsals. Dancers have the option to take a full array of evening classes, in addition to our day program. We are unique in that our entire school has the pleasure to work with retired professional ballet dancers, Pollyana Ribeiro and Robert Moore. Learn more about our artistic directors. Classes include technique, pointe, variations, repertoire, pas de deux, conditioning, progressing ballet technique, conditioning and nutrition. Students are mentored by retired professional ballet dancers, Pollyana Ribeiro and Robert Moore, in their next steps as they go through the professional dance company audition process and are prepared for their profession. We have graduated dancers to distinguished ballet companies including Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Ballet Met, Cincinnati Ballet, Los Angeles Ballet, Columbia City Ballet and Texas Ballet Theater.
