Ready to take your ballet training to the next level? En Pointe Indiana’s Ballet Summer Intensive draws experienced ballet students as well as high-profile guest instructors from across the globe. The immersive program focuses on improving essential skills, while developing well-rounded dancers through an emphasis on classical ballet and an exposure to a wide variety of dance disciplines. En Pointe Indiana Ballet continues to operate with rigorous health and safety guidelines in place, and our plans and protocols will remain fluid and continue to evolve per updates to public health regulations and policies.

Session Description
Our senior intensive summer programs are led by En Pointe Indiana Ballet’s professional staff, as well as, world-renowned guest instructors. During the four weeks, 200 student dancers log over 180 studio hours, gaining experience in both rehearsal and performance settings. En Pointe Indiana Ballet’s Summer Intensive is the perfect setting for senior ballet dancers (10-22 years old) to meet peers with similar passions, absorb insights from teachers with extensive stage careers as well as learn about the professional dance world and about yourself as an artist. Students will stretch, strengthen and dance their way to stronger technique and stage presence. Moreover, in preparation for the classical to contemporary spectrum of today’s dance companies, students will learn to adapt to a diverse curriculum ranging from ballet technique, partnering and pointe to jazz, modern and character dance.
