Description
Ballet is the most beneficial form of dance for body placement and is the best foundation for all other dance forms. We do not require all students to take ballet; however, we highly recommend this very important instruction if any student wishes to improve technique and move on to more advanced levels of dance. All Pre-Professional Level (1 ½ hour) ballet classes require a minimum of two-four ballet classes per week depending upon level of placement.
