Today’s professional dancers are required to be more versatile than ever before, executing a vast number of techniques, genres, and choreographic styles. The GBYC curriculum aims to utilize tailored and formidable training to prepare students to join the current job market. Building upon a completed academic foundation, the extensive daily classwork aims to refine technical abilities to the highest calibre while performance and touring opportunities advance artistic maturity. Through sharing the stage with leading professional artists, self-led creative projects, and involvement in unique cross-training opportunities, GBYC members are exposed to their craft’s highest level and rigorously challenged in their final years of training.
