Artists must be 21+ and legal to work in the United States at the time of being hired. Identifying BIPOC artists are highly encouraged to audition. Video Auditions are accepted by May 1st, 2025 and all dancers looking to audition must complete the form linked on our website.Audition Description
Houston Contemporary Dance Company is engaged in an ongoing search for diverse contemporary dancers interested in full term salaried contracts and short term Guest Artist contracts. Housed at the Institute of Contemporary Dance, HCDC is Houston's only contemporary repertory dance company and features works by exceptional and nationally recognized artists. The Company trains and rehearses 4 days a week, presents multiple performances each season, and aims to innovate our dance medium while educating our audiences. Video Auditions are accepted by May 1st, 2025 and all dancers looking to audition must complete the form below. Anyone can attend the in person auditions and we do also offer virtual options.
