APPLICATION INFORMATION Conditions of access to training: pre-selection via the form and face-to-face audition only. Registration for the auditions is mandatory via the form below. A pre-selection will be made based on your CV, your cover letter, your danced improvisation video of a maximum of 2 minutes, as well as your personal oral presentation of 1 minute 30 maximum, in which you will explain your objectives and motivations to participate in the training.Audition Description
Skills are required from training participants: A good technical mastery in contemporary dance or in another physical practice. A physical adaptation capacity to the different aesthetics proposed by the speakers. Knowledge of choreographic and anatomical culture is highly appreciated. Open-mindedness for all forms of art, artistic expression, and for the work of exploration, creative processes and repertoire. Fluency in English is also encouraged. Participants must also demonstrate curiosity, creativity, autonomy, perseverance, commitment and rigor in their work, while having a spirit of community and investment in group work. In case of selection for the auditions, no audition fee will be requested. ON THE OUT OF THE HEARING During the 1st round of the audition, candidates will participate in a technical classical dance course, followed by an evaluation of their level in contemporary dance with a technical course. Then, they will be put in a choreographic situation from an improvisation/composition work and will have to learn a repertoire choreography. During the 2nd round of the audition, candidates will take a technical course in contemporary dance, continue learning a repertoire choreography, and then present a free improvisation solo. A personal interview with the artistic and pedagogical team will close the day.Updated: Aug. 29, 2025
