International Arts Ballet Theatre is inviting young dancers aged 16–21 to audition for a unique opportunity to dance alongside the company’s professional artists. Audition date and time: Sunday, March 15th, 2026 at 1:30 pm Venue: Pointe Nation - 4 Gooch St, Thornbury VIC 3071 Rehearsals commencing 13 April 2026 PERFORMANCE DATE: Friday, May 29th, 2026 at 7 pm. CLOCKTOWER THEATRE. Additional dates might be added. If you’d like to audition via video, simply register for the in-person audition and select ‘Video audition’. We’ll send you all the instructions by email so you can easily submit your video. Audition Requirements Young dancers aged 16–21 are welcome to audition. While every dancer is encouraged to apply, we are especially looking for those with: Excellent classical ballet technique Strong pointe work Musicality, artistry, and a commitment to professional-level performance We welcome all talented young dancers and look forward to seeing your passion and potential on stage! Registration, Audition Format & Payment Registration is required to attend the audition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept participants who have not completed the registration in advance. The audition will consist of a full ballet class. Pointe shoes are required for female dancers.
