The student-living program is carefully designed to be as close to living at home as possible. Students reside with local families that have passed through a rigorous screening process. Your homestay understands the demands of your dance training and is there to care for and support you.To facilitate the finding of a suitable homestay for the students, QBSC will provide parents/guardians with a list from which to select a potential homestay. QBSC has also created a package of guidelines to foster a cooperative and positive relationship between the homestays, parents/guardians and students.Providing a family environment to dance students can be a rewarding experience for all involved in the homestay relationship.QBSC appreciates and understands that homestays play an important role in the development of a QBSC dancer.
REQUIREMENTS QBSC accepts aspiring young dancers between the grades 7 and 12. The level of class that you will be placed in is based on training background, experience and ability.
