Red Clay Dance is interested in dynamic performers and storytellers, well-trained in a diverse range of techniques and who have an Artivist spirit! 40-week contract begins August 3, 2026. Training & Teaching Opportunities: Company class is offered daily as a part of the rehearsal process along with discounts to take any classes offered at the Red Clay Dance Center. Dancers may have additional teaching opportunities through our Summer and Winter Intensives as a part of their contract. Company members receive a part-time salary ranging from $775-$840/week based on experience with typical work week of 24/hours a week. Contracts also include paid time off, holidays, and sick time as well as access to health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, physical therapy, and an employee assistance program (EAP) is provided.
