Dance Intensive is a dynamic summer training opportunity for dancers ages 10-18 (or entering grade 5 or higher in September 2025) hosted by Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Dance Intensive participants will train with world-renowned RWB School artistic faculty and talented guest teachers. Dancers will strengthen their technique and develop their artistry in an intensive environment, while sharing the campus with the RWB Company’s professional ballet dancers. This unique opportunity is not to be missed and will help dancers start the year off right in September. Original choreography will be created and shared with student families at the end of the program. Dance Intensive participants enjoy the opportunity to stay in our modern Student Living Centre. This beautiful facility connects to the RWB studios through an enclosed and secure passageway, offering a safe and immersive experience for dancers looking for a professional training experience this summer. Supervised by our team of student life and care professionals, dancers staying in the Student Living Centre will enjoy private and semi-private rooms, unprecedented access to new dance studios, a fully staffed kitchen, recreation spaces, and a welcoming outdoor greenspace.
