Submission Deadline: March 31, 2026 Applicants will be notified by June 1, 2026. ​ Applicant Qualifications: Professional or pre-professional dance experience (including paid work or participation in accredited training programs) Minimum 3.0 GPA Must be able to demonstrate financial need U.S. citizenship Age 18 or older Enrollment or planned enrollment in a post-secondary program by Fall 2026 ​ Personal Essay Please submit a personal statement describing your dance career, your educational history, your financial need for the scholarship, and your plans for the future. Word limit is 1200.

Audition Description

We’re so excited to announce the opening of our Encore Fund Scholarships 2025–2026 cycle! From now until March 31, dancers and performing artists can apply for $1,000 scholarship awards to support tuition, professional development, and more. The Encore Fund is part of Second Act Network’s mission to empower artists as they pursue growth, transition, and education both within and beyond the arts.
