In this study program, you will have the unique opportunity to engage yourself with the choreographic language of Crystal Pite and Kidd Pivot improvisation tools led by Sandra M Garcia, a former Kidd Pivot company dancer, and stager. Over 6 days you will study and explore a large aspect of Kidd Pivot improvisation tools and Crystal Pite repertoire through a combination of research, development of choreographic material, and repertoire. This is a perfect program and opportunity to learn more about Crystal Pite’s broadly acclaimed work during SHARE | Festival ’24! Aligning with the high standards of our existing programs SHARE Intensive and SHARE Workshops, SHARE Study is designed with professional or pre-professional dancers, movers, or performers in mind.
