Dance Video Audition: If you missed our in-person Dance Audition Day in March, you can still apply to the Dance Program with a video audition. Video Audition Guidelines: Please look directly at the camera and state your full name at the beginning of the recording. Wear form fitting clothing and make sure your hair is pulled back. The filming does not need to take place in a dance studio, just as long as we can see your full body in the frame. Please learn and film yourself performing the audition material from the Stockton Dance YouTube video. Use music that supports the phrases provided. Once that is complete, upload your video to a site like Vimeo, YouTube, or Google Drive and make sure it is viewable by all who have the link. In your email indicate if you are auditioning as a dance major or minor. Do not send the data file of the video. Please email your Video Audition link ASAP to [email protected]. After you send the video, you will receive a response email within 1-2 weeks. Good luck and we look forward to seeing your video submission.
