Requirements for submissions: Resume Headshot & Full body shot (arabesque and tendu a la seconde) Video audition (see below) *Email us to inquire about auditioning in-person (a resume and requested photos are required before any invitation will be extended) A full application is required for acceptance into: TDC's Classical Training Program *Applicants must be between ages 14-21 years by August 1, 2024 VIDEO submission guidelines: If you will be submitting a video audition please follow the guidelines below to the best of your ability. Audition attire: Women - dark leotard, pink tights, flat and pointe shoes Men - black tights, white shirt *Video audition - do not include an introduction or any fancy editing Barre work, up to 5 minutes. tendu fondue adagio grand battements Include only one side of each combination Center Work, up to 5 minutes. adagio pirouettes; en dehors & en dedans small jumps medium allegro; assemblés, jetés, sissonnes, etc. grand allegro (length of combination should be 16-32 bars) Men to include tours en l'air Women to include: Pointe work in center warm-up; echappés, retirés pirouettes; en-dehors and en-dedans diagonal of turning step Optional: classical variation contemporary soloAudition Description
