DANC 1401 - Contemporary Dance Practices I DANC 1402 - Contemporary Dance Practices II DANC 2403 - Contemporary Dance Practices III DANC 2404 - Contemporary Dance Practices IV DANC 3405 - Contemporary Dance Practices V DANC 3406 - Contemporary Dance Practices VI DANC 4407 - Contemporary Dance Practices VII DANC 4408 - Contemporary Dance Practices VIII Ballet technique, 4 hours 4 hours required from the following menu (including at least one course in Level IV) Students will be placed in the Level of Ballet Technique Courses through examination. Students are encouraged to take DANC 2800 - Survey of Dance as elective to satisfy CORE requirement. Additional Global Dance Forms, 4 hours 4 hours from the following menu: DANC 2100 - African Dance I DANC 2500 - Jazz Dance Technique, Level II DANC 2710 - Tap Dance Technique, Level II DANC 3450 - Hip-Hop I DANC 3710 - Social Club Dance I DANC 4100 - African Dance II DANC 4450 - Hip Hop II DANC 4500 - Musical Theatre Dance DANC 4710 - Social Club Dance II Capstone, 3 hours DANC 4650 - Senior Project Minor Optional. Students have the option to pursue a minor in related fields. Suggested minors are: entrepreneurship, kinesiology, digital media, english or psychology.
