Students perform and participate regularly in the department’s award-winning dance company, Dance Repertory Theatre. The professional development sequence leading to Texas state teacher certification for Dance grades 6-12 is a total of twenty-four (24) semester hours and incorporates extensive field experiences, including a semester of internship and a semester of student teaching.
