10 a.m. SAMPLE AUDITION SCHEDULE: 10:30 am “Welcome” with Dance Program Director, Crystal Bertrand, Dance Studio 154. 10:45 am “Meet” Anne Medlock, Director of Art, Theatre, Dance. 11:00 am -12:00 pm Modern Class with Instructor Sandra Miller. Class will be held in Dance Studio 155. 12:00 pm -12:20 pm - “Meet and Greet with the Majors” Short Break with refreshments. 12:30 pm -1:30 pm - Ballet with Professor, Edward Truitt, Dance Studio 154. 1:45 pm - 2:30 pm –Q&A with faculty and current dance majors. Happy State Bank Studio Theatre, Fine Arts Complex. 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm Company Warm-Up on stage with Dance Program Director, Crystal Bertrand. Class will be held in the Happy State Bank Studio Theatre. 7:30 pm Attend Falling Into Dance Concert

Audition Description

Audition for the WT Dance Program on campus at the program's annual DANCE DAY event on Friday, November 21, 2025. Dance Day is specifically tailored to students auditioning for the dance program and serves for dance scholarship consideration. Prospective dance majors will take an audition class, tour the facilities, meet dance faculty and current students, participate in a Q&A, and see the Falling Into Dance Concert.
