Video Requirements:
All video submissions should be framed as horizontal/landscape. All movement should be executed with the appropriate music. Your video audition will need to include the following:
*Experienced students are encouraged to showcase their pointe technique; however, pointe work is not required to be included in their video submissions. If preferred, please complete the video requirements in flats.
Ballet Barre - pliés, tendus from 5th position, dégagés, rond de jambes, frappés, adagio and grand battements
Ballet Center - pirouettes, adagio and petit allegro
Jazz or Modern - a combination roughly one minute in length demonstrating turns, jumps and floor work
Optional - A short classical variation
Women's Dress Code
Students are expected to present a professional appearance. Loose clothing, sweat-warmers, skirts and leg warmers are not permitted. Applicants need to secure long hair in a bun.
